Last week, I wrote about a bank owned home – a craftsman in North East Pasadena – on the real estate market for only $449,000.

There were multiple offers on that property and the bank is looking at going into escrow in the $500,000 range. Still, the price is great for the condition and location of that home.

A couple of days ago, I saw another Pasadena craftsman. This one is on the other side of Pasadena – North West. This beautiful home is located at 1543 North Garfield and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It is offered for sale at $429,000.

It sits on a large lot of 7,500 sq. ft. and has a lot of the original features like fireplace, built in buffet, cove ceilings and hardwood floors.

If you are looking for a Pasadena craftsman or bungalow home, this one is definitely worth a look.
