According to the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the housing market continues to be showing a strong year-over-year sales in October.  Demand is high in all parts of areas and sales have surged to the highest level since May of this year.   There are counties in the Northern California regions that showed double digit gains.

The market has been very competitive in the San Gabriel Valley.  Many buyers are looking to purchase a home in Altadena and Pasadena to take advantage of the record low interest rates.  Inventory has been low creating many multiple offer situations.  Open Houses are busy with hundred of visitors looking at new listings being introduced to the market.
