The historic Raymond Theater located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena went into a remarkable change in year 2008. The oldest venue of Pasadena was getting ready for a historic redevelopment.

The theater was built in 1921, and it has gone through a dramatic restoration preserving its reputation in place. The result is a beautiful offspring of mixed-use of residential (condo, loft), commercial and retail space within the building. There are two buildings combined to bring the Raymond Renaissance.

Gazing out from this designer window is very relaxing (as you can see my clients sitting comfortably on the sofa and enjoying the views.
