From having close to 100 properties for sale last week, the inventory at today’s broker tour was about 40. Most likely, sellers are waiting for after the 4th of July weekend to list their homes for sale, so next week should be back to normal again! Altadena stole the spotlight today, with some pretty interesting properties.
