Today”s, Foreclosure Friday takes us to Kinneloa Canyon Road in Pasadena California. Kinneloa Canyon is nestled next to the Angeles National Forest and is known for its exclusive homes and estates and a peaceful and tranquil lifestyle.
Homes off of Kinneloa Canyon Road are very desirable. This Pasadena neighborhood is located in the NorthEast portion of Pasadena. It’s very close to the Eaton Canyon hiking trails, city of Sierra Madre and Altadena and offers a feeling of living away from the hustle and bustle of a major city, but just minutes away from the museums, restaurants and boutiques and Pasadena offers.
Laurie and I visited several new home listings in the area including an absolutely gorgeous Mid-Century Traditional and a Traditional Ranch style home, both in the low $1 million range, but more on that in future posts.
The Kinneloa Canyon Pasadena foreclosure that I wanted to highlight is located at 1848 Kinneloa Canyon Road and is priced at $899,900. It is listed by Media West Realty. I was impressed with the listing agent who did a great job in preparing the home for sale including some staging, a full website and plenty of photos – KUDOS!
Here’s a video with our thoughts on this foreclosure property (a much shorter video this time – I promise!):
Overall, nicely priced at under $900K with quite a bit of space, over 4,100 sq. ft. Needs a bit of love and attention, but a great deal for anyone looking for newer construction.
Below is a link from the MLS service with additional information. Should the information not show below, you are too late and the property has sold. 🙁
