San Marino: Broker’s Open House Tour

Every Thursday, San Marino’s top real estate agents are previewing homes that hit the real estate market this week.  It’s an opportunity to see the new San Marino listings prior to the general public.  San Marino Real Estate blog provides an overview with photos of the homes every week.

This week’s San Marino broker’s open house tour featured two new homes listed for sale and one review of a home that has been on the market for awhile.

San Marino is best known for it’s sprawling estates, wide tree lined streets, family atmosphere and amazing San Marino School District (SMUSD).  SMUSD, once again, has ranked #1 in Southern California on 2008 API testing.

San Marino has only one foreclosure right now and it’s on Wallingford.
