La Grande Orange Cafe (260 S Raymond Ave) Classic Pasadena spot with great food and atmosphere.
Anything else that you’d like the buyers to know?
The Raised Garden has some of the best soil we’ve ever found (and haven’t been able to find again!). Whatever you plant in there will grow like Jack’s bean stalk.
The lemon tree produces tons of lemons that look very bumpy and funny, but they taste great!
There’s a fruit and vegetable truck that makes frequent neighborhood rounds daily in case you forget something at the grocery. Very handy.
You can see Rose Bowl fiireworks from the back yard.
