Altadena homes are selling!  Altadena was relatively unknown when I first started my real estate career.  Not any more.  Many buyers researching the area have found this wonderful community.  Just few minutes from Pasadena and around the corner from JPL, Rose Bowl, and the beautiful views of the mountains, Altadena should definitely be on the list for buyers looking to live near City of Pasadena.  That all being said, lets look at the statistics from June and July.

Average days on the market:  54 days

Average cumulative days on the market:  57 days

The lowest priced home sold was 570 Royce Street.  3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.  1,018 Sq/Ft.  Lot size 10,104 Sq/Ft.  Built in 1924.  It was listed at $330,000 and sold at asking price.  This home sold in a day.

The highest priced home sold was 2397 Highland Avenue.  4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms.  3,078 Sq/Ft.  Lot size 15,984 Sq/Ft.  Built in 1911.  It was listed at $1,295,000 and sold at $1,450,000.  List price to sold price percentage was 111.97%.  This property also sold quickly (nine days after listed).
