Yesterday’s broker tour had 62 homes for sale. Choosing a home isn’t always the easiest thing to do, so here is my quick tip of the day: start with factoring in what matters most to you; is it having a big back yard, enough space for visitors, quiet street, good school district or being close to work? Write a list with the items, in the order of importance, and once you have that in place, start researching based on your list and hopefully your home search will be a bit easier and FUN.
From the several fresh choices that we previewed during our home tour, two houses in Pasadena, stood out from the crowd due to their great location and beauty.
Home under $900,000
Think dreamy Wisteria Lane, but in real life…that’s where you’ll find this adorable English Cottage home. Imagine being greeted by a lush front yard, a retreat like home and an absolute safe heaven back yard. This home is a true delight and not to be missed. It’s listed with Sotheby’s and Camine Sabatella, for $898,000.

Home under $1,400,000
This newly remodeled home offers great amount of space, including an upstairs area suitable for entertaining guests. I like how much natural light comes in throughout the house and the back yard with pool and plenty of space for kids (or adults) to run around. It’s offered at $1,399,000 and listed with Brian DeGooyer of Keller Williams.
