The real estate market in Pasadena continues to have a steady flow of desirable properties and not to mention being one of the most sought-after cities in Los Angeles. Pasadena is the ideal location making it easily accessible to major freeways and the Metro Gold Line Stations. This week I had the pleasure of touring three unique properties. There is a perfect home for even the most discerning buyer. The first two properties I visited are located near Cal Tech and South Lake Avenue, making these properties ideal for those buyers that want to enjoy being a short walk to shops, restaurants and more. The third and final property in my tour conveniently is located within a short walk to Old Town Pasadena, The Playhouse District, and a Gold Line Station.

The next stop of this week’s condo tour took me to Whispering Waters a beautiful mid-century condo, which is the work of developer Lionel Mayell and concerned a Mid-century Modern Landmark. You will fall in love with the pops of turquoise throughout the building. This home still retains many of the retro characteristics of that period. Conveniently located near Caltech, Polytechnic School, Metro Gold Line, South Lake Shops, and restaurants. The property is located at 1000 Cordova Street, #106 and is listed with Real Estate Heaven and Juana Martinez, for $599,000.
For the final stop of my Condo Tour I picked a quaint single family residence with a private backyard, however it’s a perfect condo alternative. This home has been tastefully remodeled throughout. The nice sized rear paved patio is ideal for entertaining family and friends. The house has an open floor plan, making it easy to be part of the conversation from any room. Property located at 400 Pearl Place and is priced at $498,000. It’s listed with Compass and Michael Dilsaver.
