  • Days on market/ Cumulative days on market:  52days/ 69days
  • Average original list price:  $486,554

  • Sold Price % to List Price:  99.12%
  • 21 homes sold over asking price

The lowest priced home:  3327 Turin Avenue.  List $325,000.  Sold at $235,000. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom.  858 SF with 7,387 SF lot size.  Built in 1948.

The highest priced home:  2331 Glen Canyon Rd. List $899,000.  Sold at $885,000. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms.  2,174 SF with 7.980 SF lot. Built in 1931.

February ~ 37 homes single family homes closed escrow.

  • Average square feet:  1,604
  • Average price per square feet:  $335.70
  • Days on market/ Cumulative days on market:  83days/ 86days
  • Average original list price:  $559,368
  • Average sale price:  $547,489
  • Sold Price % to List Price:  99.45%
  • 19 homes sold over asking price

The lowest priced home:  185 West Palm Street.  List $259,900.  Sold $246,000.  Two Bedrooms, 1 bathroom.  852 SF with 7,262 SF lot size.  Built in 1937.

The highest price home:  2397 Morsley Road.  List $1,100,000.  Sold $1,100,000Four bedrooms, fourth bathrooms.   2,341 SF with 13,714SF lot.  Built in 1939.
