I am so excited to learn that Pasadena will hold its 4th Annual Pasadena ARTWeekend this Friday through Sunday, October 8th through 10th!
California’s design biennial, free admission to Pasadena’s museums, an open-air art market and gallery walk, a cultural dance festival, edible art, the Latino Heritage Parade, live music and children’s art activities will all be offered. The three-day, citywide arts festival kicks off with ArtNight Pasadena–now celebrating its 12th year–on Friday, October 8 and continues through Sunday, October 10, 2010.
For ArtNight, major museums and other cultural venues will open their doors for free and the city of Pasadena will provide free shuttle service among many of the activities and venues that we’ve already featured on 365 Things To Do In Pasadena.
Participating Pasadena ARTNight Venues:
Alliance de Francaise de Pasadena, Armory Center for the Arts, Art Center College of Design, Kidspace Children’s Museum, Lineage Dance, Norton Simon Museum, One Colorado, Pacific Asia Museum, Pasadena Central Library, Pasadena City College, Pasadena Museum of California Art, Pasadena Museum of History, Pasadena Symphony and POPS at the Ambassador Auditorium and Shumei Arts Council.
