It’s Friday and we wanted to share some of our favorite Happy Hour Wine Bars in Pasadena and Alhambra. Make sure to get there early to have enough time to enjoy all the delicious bites, exciting wine collections and drink menus. Most Happy Hours end at 7pm so hurry home, get dressed, call your friends and enjoy a great Friday night after a long week!
Vertical Wine Bistro

Happy Hour: Tuesday-Saturday 4 pm – 7 pm & All Day Sunday!
Vertical Wine Bistro is tucked away in a New-York style brick building on Raymond Ave in Old Town Pasadena. As you walk up the stairs you are transported into a trendy, dim-lit and buzzing atmosphere with lounge music playing through the speakers. There’s room for formal dining guest but we love to sit on the cozy low sofas in the lounge area when enjoying our Happy Hour bites and drinks. A couple of favorites from the menu:

Happy Hour: Monday-Friday 5-7pm & Sun-Thursday 10pm-close
This wine bar oozes elegant, rustic and industrial interior design and boasts a wall installation with wines form all over the world! You will find Bodega on the second level at the Paseo Colorado, just next to El Cholo. They have awesome outdoor space with heaters, for these chillier evenings that we’ve been experiencing.

Yet another hidden gem that you may have been close to when eating at Charlie’s Trio Pizzeria. Well, this is Charlie’s little brother, slightly more sophisticated, lounge-style wine bar in the back. Vino has both inside and outdoor seating and if you’re unsure of what to order, just ask their fantastic staff who’s always helpful, and they will help you make a decision from their tasty menu.
