Pasadena Views doesn’t just inform of upcoming events, i.e.,“things to do in Pasadena”, we sometimes also bring back reports on what “was done”!
Sweet & savory items, along with their recipes; tea & alcohol, truffles, coupons, and, related books of course – cookbooks!
All these were presented and served up to the readers of Vroman’s Bookstore and the neighbors within the Playhouse District Association on a fall like Sunday afternoon.
The Menu of A TASTE OF VROMAN’S

Would you like a cookbook on the side with our cooking?
I saw at least half-dozen PDA area neighbors I know at what Vroman’s called the Taste of Vroman’s and the PDA called their monthly “Hi, Neighbor!” social meet up. Food, drink, books, and friends, what more can you ask on a fall-like, lazy Sunday afternoon.
We appreciate those Vroman’s & PDA employees who may have come to work this weekend to serve us a taste of Vroman’s and Pasadena!
It’s one thing to see an event or calendar listing, but it’s quite another, and much better, to experience it and come back to show y’all what went down!
“Hey, but how did it all taste?” Oh, yeah: No complaints here!!
