As I’m sitting here in the Pasadena Views office, I find myself starting to get hungry…

So, I decided to look up a new spot to potentially check out on a Pasadena food field trip.

While I was browsing around, I came across the New York Deli.

Now I know we’ve featured a few sandwich stops and deli’s on our 365 Things To Do places to visit, and this is definitely a spot you’ll want to add.

Yelpers and New York visitors alike seem to agree that this Deli is as authentic to the Big Apple as you’re gonna get!

Many moons ago when I got to visit New York, I couldn’t seem to tear myself away from the pizza, so I can’t chime in too much on how authentic this deli compares to those in the big city.  When it comes to food, I am open to giving each restaurant and each state their fair chance. 😉

I think it’s safe to say that everyone in your party will be able to find an item on the menu to fit their taste.

The next time I’m heading out for lunch, I definitely plan on making a stop here for a little taste of New York.
