o Eaton Canyon and several other great hikes are 5-10 min drive away
o Rose Bowl Parade passes by only two blocks away; we watch it every year!
Any recommended restaurants in the area and what do you love about them?
o Daisy Mint is just a couple of blocks away and is great for Thai
o the Dog House and Grill-it (grilled cheese) are also just 2 blocks away
o Malbec is excellent for date night and the food is fabulous
o El Portal is also really good and just about anything on Colorado is easy to get to
o Our favorites tend to be place we can walk to… no parking headaches. There are lots of options
Any vendor info that you would like to share with the future buyer – gardener, pool person, cleaning, etc.
o the gardener (Alfredo) is great and is paid for by the HOA for all areas not fenced.. We also often ask him to help us with gardening in the patio and backyard areas for a reasonable price.
o We use Maid Brigade for cleaning and they do a good job
o we use Octavio’s Tree Service for the backyard trees and they do a really good job fast!
