Pasadena’s Mumbo Gumbo Fest is taking place Saturday, June 18th starting at 4:00 pm
Claud Beltran invites you to an incredible experience he’s cooking up called Mumbo Gumbo. Beltran, chef of Claud and Company Catering and Noir Food and Wine, will be preparing pot loads of his FAMOUS Louisiana gumbo and bucket upon bucket of his mouth-watering, finger-slinging seasoned boiled shrimp. While you pull at the shells, you will be tapping your toes and shaking your legs to the sounds of three outstanding bands shredding out classic Americana styles of folk, jazz and blues music. Want more? Noir Food and Wine will be heading the wine bar and T-Boyles will be pouring drafts of beer.
Can’t have dinner without dessert, right? We’ll being offering Bananas Foster. Beltran himself may even light your own portion, if you’re gusty. This is an evening you won’t want to miss!
Claud Beltran has been throwing this annual Gumbo Fest for friends, which has grown over the years – so due to a multitude of requests, he decided it was time to throw a big Gumbo Festival because frankly, Chef Claud loves to have a party where he can feed and entertain his guests for a magical time.
There will be live entertainment and plenty of good food for you to enjoy.
Ticket prices are $65 per person prepaid with a portion of proceeds being donated to Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services. Make it a party and reserve tables for groups up to ten today.
