Seller:"Irina Netchaev and her team at Pasadena Views were our saviors when we sold our condo last year. We moved out of town and renovated afterward, so we were not local for much of the process. She regularly checked in, responded quickly to emailed questions and calls, and made it easy for us to sign everything electronically (no trip to the escrow office for us). Communication is her specialty, and her team is very tech savvy. Also, she helped coordinate with the contractor she recommended, George Harrison, an excellent and honest professional who cares a lot about doing good work for his clients and particularly for Irina's. She encouraged us to get other bids for the work, and we did, but we used George for the bulk of the renovation and were very pleased. She also recommends an experienced stager that she has worked with for years who did a nice job, though she's on the pricier side from what I saw. Irina also never stops working for you. If there's an offer out there, she's going to find it - she kept following leads and showing the condo all the way up to the moment I finally accepted one. Lastly, Irina paid utmost attention and care to the condo as we got close to the time for the open house. If she hadn't been stopping by daily, we wouldn't have found out so quickly about a leak from our upstairs neighbor's condo that sprung at the very last second. She saved us from disaster! I would recommend Irina to anybody, whether you're buying or selling, whether it's a condo or a house; she gives so much added value.
