As a first time home buyer, we weren't really sure what we wanted at first. So we started from 2 bedroom to 3 bedrooms, budget changed multiple times, location became broader, which made it pretty hard for Theo to find the one we really wanted. He was very patient with us, following up almost every day for 2 months, responding to late night text messages and calls promptly, making the same day showing possible and so many more great attributes. We also had limited time as I am expecting in December and were getting worried we wouldn't find anything. If it wasn't Theo, I don't think we would have found the one we really liked.
