The process started with Irina sitting down with us talking us through the entire home buying and escrow process before beginning the search, so once we found the place that we wanted we could immediately move forward without any confusion on what happens next. Both Irina and Marissa were very respectful of our what we wanted in a home (Big Kitchen!) and whenever something came on the market they were sure to let us know. Marissa was always able to fit our schedule for viewings and arrived promptly. (Sorry that I was always a few minutes late, it was my fault every-time!) We felt very comfortable discussing the pros and cons of each property, and Marissa was always understanding if we ended up being a little nitpicky in our decision making. When we found our home it was love at first sight, when I said we would like to make an offer; Irina and Marissa stepped into overdrive to have the paperwork ready for us in a few short hours. The escrow process happened in a blindingly fast 3 weeks, during which Irina and Marissa were always a quick email or phone call away if there were any questions or concerns. Now we have been living in our new home for two months and couldn't be happier. 5 stars seems too low to give them. I found them highly professional, courteous and very experienced with the Industry. They were able to give a pair of first time home buyers an amazing chance in a market that was very disadvantageous to us.
