Had fun today in San Marino looking at a few homes that just hit the real estate market. I saw two properties.

The first home was an entry level home in San Marino priced at $1,088,000 located at 1789 Bedford Road in San Marino.  It’s represented by Michelle May at Premier Properties of Southern California.  Definitely a prime location next to the San Marino Library, Valentine Elementary School and Huntington Middle School.  It is also next to one of my fave exercise places – Women’s World!

The second home was on the other side of San Marino, closer to San Gabriel Blvd and was located on romantically named Shakespeare Drive – at 2848 Shakespeare.  Interesting home… absolutely gorgeous on the inside.  Beautiful family room with cathedral ceilings, french doors, lots of light.  Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms.  A large front yard and quiet and serene smaller back yard.  Offered at $1,800,000 and represented by Vicky & Jeff Botsford of Sotheby’s.  More information is below:
